Maxine Marshall Beverley, 78 of Bedford, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Oakwood Health & Rehab. Center. She was born on Thursday, August 26, 1937 in Charlottesville, a daughter of the late Clarence Marshall and Blanche Marshall. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Marshall. She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse.
She is survived by her sons, Keith M. Beverley of Clover, SC, Percy W. Beverley of Willow Springs, NC, Mark K. Beverley of West Point, VA; and two brothers, Wayne Marshall of Charlottesville, Charles Marshall of Madison, VA.
Funeral services will be held at the graveside at Greenwood Cemetery on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 11:00 am with Rev. Wayne Murphy officiating. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 until 8 PM at Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
