Virginia Gayle Edwards Burnette, 43 of Moneta, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born on Sunday, February 18, 1973 in Oakland, CA, a daughter of Shirley Edwards Ring of Moneta who survives and the late Earl Pendleton. She was employed at McDonalds.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Hannah S. Burnette; her sons, Timothy E. Burnette, Tyler W. Burnette, Thomas W. Burnette, Mark W. Burnette, all of Bedford; her sister, Michelle Webb & her husband, Quentin & their daughter, Iliana; her brother, Michael Ring all of Moneta & the father of her children, James T. "Jim" Burnette.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Updike Funeral Chapel, Bedford with Pastor Jason Arthur officiating.
Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
