I had the opportunity to work for Bud & Neil at the Terrace House Inn from 1970-1985. I made a lot of friends there but the thing that stands out about Bud was his quiet nature and he always smiled no matter what was going on. You could always talked to him and you were always welcome in his office. I really learned to cook and hone my management skills while working there. Bud was a kind and gentle man and all of Bedford will miss him. Praying for all of the family in the coming days and weeks ahead. Mr. D made a huge impact in and on Bedford. Rest in peace . I know you loved your hot dogs at Rainbow.

Such wonderful memories of Bud and the AutoDine during the late '50s and early '60s. Bud was a second father to all us rowdy teenagers....always treating us with respect and in so doing, taught us to do the same. My mother always said that if I was out and she needed me, she would just call the AutoDine and very likely would find me there. RIP, Bud. You were a treasure and will always live in our hearts.
Deepest sympathy and warmest prayers to the family as you move through the grieving process.

Mr. D was a gentle giant of a man. I'm so blessed to have known him, and to have worked for him. I will forever be grateful to God that he allowed our paths to cross and that I could call him friend.
You and your smile will be greatly missed Mr. D!
Connie, Neil, and the rest of the family, know that I am praying for you now, and will continue to in the days, weeks, and months that lie ahead.
You all are loved, as was Mr. D!
