Phyllis was a beautiful, sweet, thoughtful, classy lady. Always took time to talk and catch up with friends. Sent cards to my mama, Nannie Overstreet for every occasion and cards when she traveled. She will truly be missed 8n our community. I know she is praising God now. Rest in peace.
