My condolences to the family. I was also a neighborhood kid when I met Mr. Hicks and have very fond memories of him throughout the years. Tracy is like a sister to us #9 to be exact which is a testament to Dave. He had a great smile and a great love for his family. You will be missed Dave. God bless his family.
