Jacquelyn Husted Keen, born September 20, 1958, passed away at the age of 64 on Tuesday afternoon, February 7, 2023 in Huddleston, VA. She was born in Strongsville, Ohio to late Carl and Sandra Husted. She is preceded in death by her husband Christopher Keen, devoted sister-in-law Ruth Anne Keen, and English bulldogs, Chunk and Zula. 

She is succeeded by her children, Heather Marie Keen, Traci Anne Keen, and Nathan Keen; adopted children, Michael Denson and Teia “Pork Chop” Boxberger; grandchildren, Raheem Pennix, Rashaad Pennix, Karma Keen; devoted Sadella Frances Keen, Freeland Lewis, Riley Keen, and Connor Keen; great grandchildren, Omari Pennix, Re’yanna Pennix, Amaria Brown; brothers, Don Husted and wife Linda, Chris Husted and devoted brother-in-law, John Keen and wife Robbin; nieces and nephews, Josh Husted, Cyle Husted, Sammi Husted, Michael Keen, Sarah Keen, and Ian. She remembered her extended family and friends from Chicago and Ohio fondly. 

She often spoke of her many years of work as a court reporter. She practiced Taekwondo for decades achieving a third degree black belt and teaching it for several years. 

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 PM on Friday, February 10, 2023 at Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Huddleston.
