Charlie Goodman will always be among the memories I will treasure. Whenever I travel I remember him telling me " Darlin' , whenever you are out driving just pull in behind a trucker. If you ever need help they will be there". To this day that is what I do! Thankful for the memories with you and the family! Much love and prayers for all!

Charlie and his beautiful family have been long time friends of our family. He was certainly one of the sweetest, kindest men we have ever met. We will miss you greatly. Charlie was very proud of his son and daughters....his face would light up when talking about them and his grandchildren. This is not goodbye but see you soon. I can say this because we have Jesus in our hearts and we will see each other again. Much love from the Catlin family❤️

Betty, Theresa, Tracy and Susan…When I think of Charlie, I think of a man that was always larger than life with a heart as big as the outdoors he so dearly loved. He had a smile that could warm the coldest of hearts and a hug that always made you feel good. I can’t begin to recount the times that he and you, Betty, were always there for our family. We are forever grateful.
Mom and Dad absolutely cherished your friendship. Dad especially enjoyed his quail hunting days with Charlie. Those were good days. I always enjoyed stopping by your home on my visits back to Bedford. I felt like a member of the family. That was Charlie.
Please know that you all are in my heart now and forever. I’m sorry that I can’t be there to hug you in person but know that I’m sending you all the love that I possibly can.

Mrs. Goodman and girls! Robby Hensley here to tell you all how sorry I am to hear about your husband and dad passing away. He was such a good man with always a smile on his face and a tale to tell. He was always so good to the Hensley family especially when we all lived on Greenwood Street.
