I am a cousin of Rose Marie Minter and, thus, also Ray. Unfortunately, I am unable to attend the tribute to Ray and, thus, appreciate this opportunity. Ray has always been very special to us and he will be missed dearly. He was known for his love of family and friends and for being such a hard worker…….for the highway department and, at the same time, managing farms. I will remember him in the good days of his life, which were many and very rich. He was an inspiration.
