Daddy.....you were my first love and greatest hero. I am so grateful for your unconditional love, support, and friendship over all our wonderful and precious years together. I am so thankful that I could spend the last couple of weeks with you. I learned so much more about you, your beliefs, and your feelings. I love you so much and I will miss you each and every day. Daddy, in my eyes, you were always larger than life. As a child, I would think, my daddy is a "BIG MAN." (I thought you were as tall as trees) And now as a "grown up," you are still larger than life. You were a wonderful husband, father, and friend to so many, as evidenced in all that came to pay their respects.
You Sir, are a true Gentleman.
I love you so much, more than you ever knew, but you know now. I know you are in Heaven with my son, your Grand-son, and your daddy and Mommy Arney.
I believe we are given "jobs" in Heaven depending on our work here on this earth. I know God has something special just for you, and as usual, you will be the best at whatever it is you are in charge of.

Becky, I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I hate to say it...but I do know how you are feeling. It will be almost two years since I lost Ron, and it is hard dealing with life as you have never know it. You and Bob were soul mates and your hearts will always be one! I will be out of town and will miss seeing you, but we must make a point to meet for lunch sometime this summer. Take care and know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Oh Becky, I am so sorry. I will miss teasing you about "my" Bob - I cannot fathom what you are feeling. Forty five years... Wow... Such wonderful memories you have of your lifetime together. Bob was a good man, beloved by everyone he befriended, he will be missed in so many ways by so many people.
