Dear Jim, Suzanne, Andy, Beth, Matthew, Eve and all, Alastair and I just wanted you to know how much we will be thinking of all of you tomorrow. While it is a difficult time, it is also a rewarding time to reflect on a life well and fully lived. As you all gather to celebrate that life, you will experience the closeness and commonality of family in that life.
